As a Production Technician, you will play a pivotal role in a dedicated team focused on building and testing mission-critical equipment trusted worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot a variety of high-spec subsea electronic systems.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs down to PCB level.
- Execute defined test procedures while maintaining detailed records.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
- Work hands-on with cutting-edge technology used in marine exploration, offshore energy, and defence sectors.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven electronics assembly and soldering skills to a high standard.
- Ability to follow technical drawings and work to defined procedures effectively.
- Comfortable using PCs, test equipment, and production tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent quality.
- A proactive, self-directed approach within a collaborative team environment.
Bonus Points for:
- HNC or equivalent in Electronics Engineering.
- Formal soldering certification.
- Experience working on high-reliability systems for rugged environments.
