Your Mission:

As the Ticketing Operations Lead, you will spearhead the operational management and optimisation of all customer-facing payment systems across both digital and physical transport environments. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless, Real Time, and compliant payment experiences for millions of passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident & Problem Management:Lead responses to major incidents, coordinate suppliers and technical teams for swift resolution, and ensure effective communication of progress to stakeholders.
  • System Reliability & Uptime:Ensure maximum availability and performance of all customer-facing applications and services, safeguarding revenue and enhancing user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements, driving operational excellence and reducing recurring issues.
  • Compliance & Regulatory:Ensure adherence to PCI DSS, EMV standards, and transport regulations, working closely with security experts to maintain data safety.

What You Bring:

Essential Experience:

  • Proven management experience in high-availability, customer-facing systems.
  • Understanding of payment systems and cloud environments (AWS).
  • Extensive incident resolution coordination experience.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in the public transport sector or regulated payment industries.
