Job Title: Technology Transformation Enablement Lead
Location: Mostly Remote with Occasional Travel (Windsor or Central London)
Rate: £700 per day Umbrella
Contract: 6 Months with Potential for Extension

About the Role:
This is an exciting, time-bound opportunity to shape, embed, and stabilize modern ways of working across multiple domains. Your mission? Establish clarity and consistency in practices so technology teams can thrive and operate effectively at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ways of Working Enablement & Alignment:

- Define and adopt clear, flexible, outcome-focused methods that support transformation and enhance cross-domain delivery.
- Success looks like: Shared understanding and improved workflow without unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • Co-creation, Engagement & Adoption:

- Collaborate with technology, transformation, and business stakeholders through workshops and feedback loops to embed practices.
- Success looks like: Strong ownership and visible adoption in daily operations.

  • Continuous Improvement of Ways of Working:

- Assess current practices, identify friction and barriers, and introduce enhancements that simplify collaboration and decision-making.
- Success looks like: Measurable improvements in clarity and delivery effectiveness.

  • Guardrails, Standards & Enablement:

- Define lightweight principles that support consistency while allowing teams the autonomy to thrive.
- Success looks like: Clear expectations and minimal friction.

  • Embedding, Capability & Behaviour Change:

- Collaborate with change and engagement teams to embed new practices with guidance, learning support, and communities of practice.
- Success looks like: Teams demonstrating changed behaviours and improved confidence.

  • Insight Driven Improvement:

- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to refine practices and evolve standards over time.
- Success looks like: Evidence-based processes that reduce ambiguity and empower teams.

What You Bring:

  • Expertise in product-led ways of working, process design, and project/program management, ideally within an agile environment.
  • A strong understanding of technology and transformation leadership, particularly in people-related transformations.
  • Experience creating central initiatives, whether that's a documentation repository or designing some sort of knowledge requirements that may link to things we want people to do differently
  • Experience pulling together powerful content that is engaging for colleagues to facilitate workshops, and for information that colleagues will be able to engage with that helps them understand our future ways of working
  • Proficiency in use of AI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
