UI Designer

A fast-paced UK-based company is seeking a UI Designer to help shape the look and feel of its interactive digital products. Working across web and mobile platforms, you'll be part of a team that builds visually rich, user-friendly experiences for a passionate and engaged audience.

• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with UX designers to bring wireframes to life
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI kits
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards are met
• Stay ahead of UI trends and suggest improvements

• Experience designing for digital products across web and mobile
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Ability to design for multiple screen sizes and devices
• A portfolio showcasing your UI design work

• Experience in agile or lean product development environments
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React)
• Motion/interaction design experience (e.g. Framer, Lottie)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing

• A team player with a collaborative mindset
• Self-driven and eager to learn
• Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented
