What You'll Do: As our Workforce Planning & Transformation Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our workforce strategy. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our talent with our organisational goals. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyse & Forecast: Utilise data-driven insights to forecast workforce needs and identify skills gaps.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement workforce strategies that drive transformation.

  • Talent Optimisation: Design and implement talent management solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, organisational development, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
