An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of a new developed digital products and its associated features.
This role sits within a regulated, fast-paced environment and requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strong project governance and proven experience delivering software or product based projects using agile methodologies.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams which can include Product, IT, Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure successful, compliant and strategically aligned project delivery.
This role has a lot of flexibility, the requirement is to be based onsite 1 day per week in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of technical software projects using agile methodologies, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and wider business teams.
- Ensure all project delivery aligns with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, RAID logs and action trackers, in line with PMO standards.
- Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating when necessary to secure timely resolution.
- Provide clear, tailored communication for diverse stakeholders including senior management and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, security and operational standards.
- Support wider business and PMO initiatives as required, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Champion best practice across project delivery, embedding lessons learned into future work.

- Consistent use of governance frameworks and PMO controls across all projects.
- Successful, on-time project delivery with proactive risk management and effective resource planning.
- Outcomes that align with organisational strategy, regulatory standards and business goals.

Knowledge and skills:
- Manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced, regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and PMO frameworks.
- Experienced in Agile, Prince2, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Skilled in resource planning, budgeting, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in PMO tools (MS Project, MS365) and project reporting.
- Establish and maintain robust governance, project controls, and risk/issue management.
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver projects and realise benefits.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, translating technical updates clearly.
- Negotiate and balance resources, priorities, and risk mitigation.
- Accountable, structured, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused.
- Committed to continuous improvement and embedding lessons learned.
