Adele Carr is working with a highly respected provider of digital solutions, operating across the UK & Ireland. With nearly 30 years' experience, the business supports customers across supplying industry leading equipment alongside a strong after-sales and technical support function.

Customer service is central to the business, and they are now looking to recruit a Service Support Administrator to join a growing Service team based at the Crewe head office in a fully onsite role.

As a Service Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, field engineers and internal teams, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working closely with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers reporting service or technical issues
  • Log, manage and track service calls using internal systems and schedule visits.
  • Coordinate and schedule Field Service Engineer visits across the UK & Ireland
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure correct parts, information and access are in place
  • Support parts ordering, tracking and allocation for service jobs
  • Maintain accurate service records and customer histories
  • Assist with service contract administration and renewals
  • Support invoicing for chargeable service work
  • Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates and managing expectations
About You

You will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident working in a service-led environment. We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a service administration, support coordination or helpdesk role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and engineers
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Good IT skills and experience using CRM or job-logging systems
  • A calm, professional approach when handling urgent or technical issues
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, IT support or equipment-based environments would be advantageous but not essential.
