Belfast / Remote | Full-time Were looking for a Test Engineering Manager to help shape and grow a world-class test engineering function within a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of a test engineering organisation that supports the delivery of innovative, high-quality software solutions. Youll be a hands-on leader - a player-coach - who thrives on mentoring talent, driving strategy, and staying close to the technology. What Youll Be Doing Define and lead the test engineering strategy across multiple teams and projects Build and mentor a high-performing team of test engineers Champion automation-first and shift-left testing practices Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC Drive continuous improvement in testing tools, frameworks, and processes Influence platform design to ensure testability and performance from the ground up Lead cross-functional initiatives to support CI/CD and DevOps excellence What Youll Bring 7+ years in test engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role Strong experience in C#/.NET Strong technical background in automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, SpecFlow, JMeter, K6) Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud/on-prem hybrid environments Proven ability to scale test strategies in distributed, complex systems Passion for coaching, mentoring, and growing engineering talent Excellent communication and decision-making skills Whats on Offer Unlimited holiday and excellent benefits Access to cutting-edge tech and a collaborative, high-performing team Flexible, fully remote working culture, with optional social events in the UK, US, and Belfast Benefits: Work From Home
