The Role

I am seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and execution of a brand new FDI . You will play a critical role in building and shaping the future of the platform, scaling infrastructure, and building a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technical vision and roadmap
• Lead architecture decisions across AI, data engineering, and SaaS infrastructure
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to align technology with business goals
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and reliability
• Drive innovation in AI/ML, data analytics, and automation
• Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, and data governance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technical leader in a SaaS or tech-driven company
• Strong background in cloud architecture
• Deep understanding of data platforms, machine learning, and AI technologies
• Experience scaling technology teams and systems in a high-growth environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach when needed

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with predictive analytics and data modelling
• Background in start-ups or venture-backed companies
