Senior User Experience Designer
Senior UX Designer | Up to £75k
I'm looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-centred digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, translating complex requirements into simple solutions, and championing UX best practices across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role with real influence—perfect for someone who loves solving meaningful problems and mentoring others along the way.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end UX design across complex digital products and platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design decisions
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals
- Advocate for the user and embed UX thinking across the product lifecycle
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and systems
- Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and evolving requirements
What do I need?
- 6+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and impact
- Experience designing complex, data-driven or enterprise-level products
- Solid grounding in UX research methods and usability principles
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
