Sales Director

Our client is a fast-growing, independent cyber security consultancy, delivering high-value services across public and private sectors. Adeptis Group is supporting this recruitment for a Sales Director to lead the commercial team and drive significant revenue growth.

This is a hybrid role combining individual billing responsibility with team leadership, reporting directly to the CEO.

🎯 The Role

You will take ownership of both revenue generation and team management, focusing on high-value cyber security engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Billing and managing a portfolio of clients with multi-million annual revenue targets (~€100M fixed plus variable, double OTE minimum)
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 8 senior sales professionals
• Driving new business acquisition across public and private sectors
• Expanding key accounts and building long-term client relationships
• Collaborating with delivery teams to position high-value cyber security services
• Monitoring pipeline, performance, and forecasting to ensure consistent growth

You will need to be hands-on, managing both large deals and the development of your team, while maintaining a strategic vision for the organisation’s growth.

• Proven experience in a Sales Director / Head of Sales role within cyber security
• Track record of billing and generating multi-million annual revenue
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale high-performing sales teams
• Experience selling into complex environments across public and private sectors
• Strategic, client-facing, and results-oriented
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Based in England
