Senior Sales Executive
Our client is a fast-growing, independent cyber security consultancy, delivering high-value services across public and private sectors. Adeptis Group is supporting this recruitment for a Senior Sales Executive to join their commercial team and drive new business growth.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable building their own portfolio from scratch, leveraging a supportive SDR team, and using a suite of sales tools to identify and develop opportunities.
🎯 The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
- Develop your own client portfolio from scratch, owning the entire sales cycle
- Collaborate with the SDR team to qualify leads and maximise opportunities
- Expand key accounts and identify new business across public and private sectors
- Work closely with the Sales Director and delivery teams to position high-value cyber security services
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth
- Travel to meet clients in person when required while enjoying full remote flexibility

🧠Profile
- Proven experience as a senior sales executive or account manager in cyber security or IT services
- Strong individual billing track record
- Comfortable building a client portfolio from scratch and driving opportunities end-to-end
- Experience selling into complex environments across public and private sectors
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities independently while contributing to a cohesive team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Based in England
