As part of a globally recognised healthcare group, our client is revolutionising preventive medicine and community healthcare. They’re on the lookout for a Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team in Nuneaton.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist , you’ll be the go-to expert for all things technical. From running laboratory quality controls to training healthcare professionals and supporting audit prep, this role is diverse, impactful, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day lab activities, including Internal and External Quality Controls.
  • Deliver structured training to healthcare professionals both online and in-person.
  • Provide responsive technical support via phone, MS Teams, and email.
  • Use SAP ticketing systems to manage and resolve customer queries.
  • Develop SOPs, guides, presentations, and documentation.
  • Assist in quality assurance testing and audit preparation (ISO 9001/ISO 13485).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Experience in a lab setting is ideal, but not essential.
  • Confidence in delivering clear, engaging training to varied audiences.
  • Previous experience in medical devices or technical customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge or experience with ISO 9001/13485 standards is advantageous.
