Job Title: New Business Sales Executive – Care & Senior Living
Location: National / Remote (UK)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000+)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced New Business Sales Executive to drive growth within the care home and senior living sector. This role focuses on introducing and selling a procurement platform that helps care providers streamline purchasing, manage suppliers, and improve cost efficiency across their operations.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK, building relationships with decision-makers within care homes and senior living organisations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within care homes and senior living providers across the UK
- Leverage existing industry relationships and network to generate leads and open doors
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals
- Build strong relationships with owners, operators, and senior decision-makers within care organisations
- Work closely with internal teams to support growth and expansion within the sector
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in new business sales within the care home / senior living sector
- An established network of contacts within the care or senior living industry that can be leveraged for new opportunities
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a national / remote sales role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
