Sales Executive
Adoreboard is a Belfast-born AI company doing something genuinely new — connecting how people feel to the commercial outcomes that matter. Our clients are some of the world's largest organisations across financial services, healthcare, and high-churn industries. The foundation is set. The product is proven. Now we scale.
This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role. You'll own a defined territory of $1B+ accounts, run complex multi-stakeholder deals, and close multi-year contracts. Quality of fit matters as much as pipeline volume — the clients you bring in should stay, grow, and become advocates.
Who you are
- A proven closer with a track record in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise technology deals — you can show the numbers.
- A hunter who builds their own pipeline, holds themselves to a high standard, and doesn't need to be pushed.
- Someone with 3–5 years full-cycle B2B ownership and fluency in HubSpot, Salesloft or Apollo.
- Experienced in CX, financial services, healthcare, or high-churn industries — you preferably understand the pressures that make our product land, and if you don't, you'll learn.
- A collaborative team player who shares knowledge and invests in the team's success as much as their own.
- Comfortable managing international accounts across US, UK, and Australian markets.
What you'll do
- Build and own your pipeline of Fortune 1000 targets — identify the right stakeholders early and get to qualified conversations fast.
- Own six-figure, multi-year deals from first contact to signed contract.
- Navigate procurement intelligently, keep momentum with the right people, and compress cycles without cutting corners.
- Work hand-in-glove with marketing, customer success, and the wider team.
- Feed market intelligence back into the business — buyer patterns, competitor moves, and sector shifts across US, UK, and Australia.
