As a member of the senior leadership team, you will shape and deliver the company’s IT and development strategy while overseeing high-impact projects. We’re seeking someone who can not only lead with vision but also embrace the potential of AI, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions where they add value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT strategy with a 50/50 focus on development and management.
• Lead next phase of digital transformation with emphasis on AI, automation, performance, and security. 
• Knowledge of PHP/MySQL and AWS preferred
• Collaborate with business units, aligning technology initiatives with company goals.
• Lead R&D to drive innovation and business growth.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong leadership in software development and strategic IT management.
• Proven ability to manage cloud platforms and scale IT teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience aligning technology with business needs.
