My client, a dynamic and growing technology-led organisation, is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to lead the technical delivery of cloud-centric infrastructure projects across a diverse client base. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Microsoft Azure and modern networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cloud infrastructure and transformation projects, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure projects meet cost, time, scope, and compliance targets.
• Collaborate with support and delivery teams for smooth service transition.
• Provide clear project updates and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements using Azure-native tools.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Support strategic account planning and resource reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in customer-facing or MSP environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Azure (IaaS, PaaS, AVD), Windows Server, AD, virtualisation, and networking.
• Experience with cloud governance, security, and automation (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
• Confident working with REST APIs and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305).
• Prince2, APM, or equivalent project delivery certification.
• Exposure to ITIL and Service Transition principles.
