Design,develop,anddeployadvancedAIandMachineLearningsolutionstosolvecomplexbusinesschallenges.Leadthearchitectureandimplementationofproduction-gradeAIapplicationsusingLLMs,RAGpipelines,AIAgents,andAzureAIservices.ProvidetechnicalleadershipacrossAIinitiatives,ensuringsolutionsfollowbestpracticesforscalability,security,performance,andgovernance.OwnthefullAIdevelopmentlifecycle,fromdiscoveryandproof-of-conceptthroughtoproductiondeploymentandbusinessadoption.DevelopandoptimiseAImodels,promptengineeringframeworks,vectordatabases,andretrievalsystems.DesignandimplementAIagentarchitectures,workflowautomation,andAPIintegrations.CollaboratewithInfrastructureandEngineeringteamstodeployAIsolutionssecurelywithinenterpriseenvironments.EnsuresolutionsleveragePrivateEndpoints,securenetworking,identitymanagement,andenterprise-gradegovernancecontrols.Establishmonitoring,evaluation,andobservabilityframeworksforAIsystems,includinghallucinationdetection,modeldriftmonitoring,performancetracking,andcostoptimisation.Partnerwithoperationalandcommercialstakeholderstoidentifyhigh-valueAIopportunitiesanddefinebusinesscases.MeasureandreportonAIprojectoutcomes,includingefficiencygains,automationbenefits,costsavings,andcustomerexperienceimprovements.Mentorandsupportothertechnicalteammembers,promotingAIbestpracticesandknowledgesharingacrosstheorganisation.ContributetothedevelopmentoftheorganisationsAIstrategy,roadmap,andfuturecapability.RequiredExperience
