We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a team at a very exciting stage of growth – helping to transform an industry that is still heavily call-centre led into a fully digital customer experience. This is a career-defining opportunity to deliver something genuinely new to market.

Our client is building next-generation digital financial products that simplify complex customer journeys and remove unnecessary friction. The aim is to create seamless, intuitive experiences with minimal human intervention, giving customers clarity and control from start to finish.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design of end-to-end user journeys, mapping flows and collaborating closely with engineering.
• Bring a strong UX mindset to untangle complexity and reimagine it for digital.
• Deliver beautiful, thoughtful UI craft on top of solid research and problem-solving.
• Create clear and punchy case studies that showcase how you solved problems and the end solutions.

What we’re looking for

• A seasoned product designer with proven experience in UX and UI.
• A portfolio with strong case studies (2 pages max per project) showing how you approach problems and deliver solutions.
