Role: AI Engineer/AI Architect

Location: Bristol, Leeds, Manchester (2days Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

· Define enterprise architecture for Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI solutions.

· Design scalable multi-agent architectures using Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.

· Establish integration patterns between Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and Workday.

· Design MCP and A2A communication frameworks for collaborative AI agents.

· Define AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI controls.

· Lead technical discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.

· Provide architectural oversight throughout solution delivery.

· Support knowledge transfer, solution adoption, and operational readiness.

· Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and product owners.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

· Proven experience delivering Microsoft Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.

· Deep expertise in:

o Microsoft 365 Copilot

o Copilot Studio

o Azure AI Services

o Azure OpenAI

o Azure AI Foundry

· Strong understanding of:

o Multi-Agent Architectures

o MCP (Model Context Protocol)

o A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Communication

o RAG Architectures

o Enterprise AI Governance

· Experience integrating AI solutions with Workday.

· Experience defining AI operating models and governance frameworks.

· Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.

· Strong consulting and customer-facing skills.

Desirable

· Banking or Financial Services experience.

· Microsoft AI certifications.

· Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and risk frameworks.

· Experience leading AI transformation programmes.
