Conversational AI Trainer

We re looking for an experienced Conversational AI Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs in conversational AI and natural language processing (NLP). You ll create interactive learning experiences, run hands-on workshops, and help professionals and teams build, deploy, and optimize conversational AI solutions.

What you ll do:

• Develop training modules on NLP, chatbot design, dialogue management, and voice assistants.

• Lead in-person and virtual sessions, including hands-on workshops with platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, and Amazon Lex.

• Tailor training content to client and industry needs across sectors like e-commerce, healthcare, and customer service.

• Stay up to date with the latest tools, models, and trends in conversational AI.

• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve materials.

What we re looking for:

• Background in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Practical experience in conversational AI development and NLP tools (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK).

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with RESTful APIs.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.

Bonus points for:

• AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google, AWS).

• Publications, conference talks, or active involvement in AI communities.

• Multilingual skills for NLP applications.
