Key Responsibilities
- SAP support - PR raising and chasing Suspense hours (timesheets)
- Define, document, and maintain end-to-end delivery processes, frameworks, and operating models
- Maintain process documentation, playbooks, templates, and toolkits
- Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure delivery activities align with governance frameworks and lifecycle requirements
- Support preparation of ways of working / process artefacts and support creation of user experience communications
- Support senior stakeholders with reporting on process compliance and maturity
Required Experience
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evolving delivery processes, governance frameworks, and ways of working.
- Solid understanding of assurance, audit, and review processes, with the ability to embed these requirements into delivery practices.
- Strong ability to engage, challenge, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision-making forums clearly and effectively.
