  • Provide subject-matter expertise on digital engineering solutions for TLS, supporting deployment, configuration, and optimization of lifecycle processes across design, build, operate, and upgrade phases.
  • Advise engineering teams on best practices for digital continuity, data quality, and supportability-by-design, ensuring alignment to IPS principles and lifecycle review requirements.
  • Define, implement, and maintain the processes, methods, and work instructions necessary to utilize the solutions, including integration points with PLM, ERP, MBSE, simulation, and Parent Company or Domain capabilities.

  • Align with other Product Delivery leads to ensure coherent cross-product planning, shared standards, and joint dependency management, especially for PLM and digital thread integrations.

Experience required:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Service Management certification or experience (e.g., ITIL).
  • Project or Programme Management qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) or demonstrable experience managing complex deliveries.
  • First-hand knowledge of digital engineering technologies and toolsets relevant to TLS such as PLM, MBSE, data integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience delivering digital solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of TLS processes, supportability principles, and data governance across the product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of Through Life Support concepts and their digital enablement.
