Project Support Officer (PSO)

Location: Hybrid – London

Contract: 6 months initial

Rate: Umbrella up to £330pd

A major public-sector network transformation programme requires an organised Project Support Officer to provide coordination, governance, reporting, and scheduling support across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain RAID, programme documents, decision logs, and governance records.
  • Support management reporting, including dashboards and meeting packs.
  • Assist with scheduling, milestone tracking, and site visit coordination.
  • Track budgets, resources, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
  • Support document control, change logs, and quality checks.
  • Maintain SharePoint/Teams and ensure data accuracy.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong PSO/PMO background in complex programmes.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Dashboard/reporting experience desirable.
  • Ability to secure NPPV3 + SC clearance.
