If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.ResponsibilitiesAdvania’s Automation team partners with clients throughout their digital transformation journeys in the age of AI, helping them shift the responsibility of repetitive tasks to technology.The focus of this role is to drive forward the growth of our Automation capability and enable our most strategic clients to realise value through Microsoft technologies.Delivering fantastic work for clients across both solution build and advisory engagementsSupporting Advania in achieving their Microsoft accreditation objectives via certificationsSupporting digital transformation in their wider objectives within ConsultingWhat Success Looks LikePositive client feedbackCompletion of Microsoft CertificationsQualifications & ExperienceThe right candidate for this role will:Be Microsoft Certified in Power PlatformIdeally have previous Microsoft Partner experiencePossess expert SME knowledge in one or more area of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Co-Pilot StudioHave experience in defining governance and best practices for the Power PlatformHave experience in leading workshops, consulting directly with clients and gathering requirementsHave a track record working with the wider Microsoft product stack (particularly SharePoint Online & Dynamics Products)Possess experience of broader Microsoft Automation & AI capabilities across AzureHave experience and confidence in leading projects in a services or consulting organisation / practice.Have experience supporting future sales, proposal writing and identifying additional opportunities within current clientsAbout Us:We are the tech company with people at heart.At Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
