Regional Account Manager - Cyber Security Consultancy

The Role:

We are currently looking to expand our Sales team with a self-motivated, focused sales specialist selling cyber security, physical security consultancy and training services to the UK public sector (Government, Police, Education and NHS) and the wider commercial sectors. This role exists as part of a wider, integrated Commercial Team.

The role will involve self-generation of leads through proactive telecalling, establishing a decision maker, educating the client on the benefits of the solutions, attending virtual sales meetings supported by proposal and quote generation and subsequent account management following successful sales closure. This is a full sales cycle role and the successful candidate will be expected to take full responsibility for his/her accounts. Full service portfolio training will be provided.

The Location:

This role is predominantly home based, although you will be expected to be available to attend events and conferences.

The Candidate:

· 1+ years industry experience

· A proven track record in sales from prospecting to sales closure

· Be collaborative in work behaviour

· Solutions/Consultative Sales experience essential

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· An excellent approach to business development with the confidence to take knock backs in their stride

· Experience in a services sector is preferred but not essential

· Experience of using a CRM system is essential

The Package:

Basic Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 dependent on experience. OTE of a further £25,000

Targets: Current targets are set at c£500,000

In addition, we offer 30 days holiday plus bank holidays and 2 paid volunteer days per year, payment into a company pension scheme and reasonable expenses including mileage and subsistence.
