Digital Transformation Process Lead
Monster Energy is on a relentless journey to scale smarter, move faster, and transform how we operate across EMEA. We’re now looking for a Digital Transformation Process Lead (Order to Cash) to help drive that evolution and take ownership of one of our most critical end-to-end business processes. They're investing significant capital into SAP S4HANA and this role will sit within the global project team!
This role sits at the intersection of process, systems, and people, leading the design, optimisation, and digital enablement of the Order to Cash (OTC) landscape across a complex, fast-moving, international environment.
In short, this role requires an individual with a continious improvement, project management background who is capable of using lean approaches to drive transformation! Global exposure and super high-impact role.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end Order to Cash process across EMEA
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, working closely with business and technology teams
- Drive process standardisation, simplification, and automation at scale
- Act as the key link between commercial teams, finance, supply chain, and IT
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, data quality, and customer experience
- Support global programmes and system implementations, including SAP-enabled solutions
- Champion continuous improvement, governance, and best-practice process design
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading OTC process transformation in a complex, international business
- Strong understanding of order management, billing, credit, cash application, and controls
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP highly desirable)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, digital process solutions
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating across functions and regions
- A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for improvement
