  • Manage product set-up and website content, ensuring information, imagery and product details are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate and execute online campaigns, seasonal activity and key commercial launches.
  • Carry out regular website audits and site checks, identifying opportunities and resolving any issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign assets and content are delivered on time.
  • Support the team with peak trading preparation and key seasonal commercial moments.
  • Assist with online platform changes, website updates and wider e-commerce projects.
  • Monitor online activity and highlight any issues, opportunities or areas requiring attention.
  • Provide wider operational support to the Online team during a particularly busy period.

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong experience within e-commerce, D2C or online trading.
  • Hands-on experience managing product set-up, website content and online merchandising.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce campaigns, promotions and product launches.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly around website and product accuracy.
  • Good commercial awareness and an understanding of online customer behaviour.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, can-do approach and the confidence to take ownership.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.
