Ecommerce Manager

Are you ready to take ownership of a premium digital ecosystem and help shape the next phase of D2C growth for a fast-growing spirits business?

This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led distilling company at a defining moment, taking responsibility for a portfolio of luxury brand websites while helping build a connected D2C platform that will bring multiple brands into a unified digital ecosystem.

The Company:

Our client is a premium spirits producer founded by industry entrepreneurs with a long track record in global drinks e-commerce and brand building.

The business has built an international reputation through its portfolio of high-quality whisky and rum brands, which are distributed across multiple global markets. Alongside its brand portfolio, the company is investing significantly in new distilling projects and long-term brand development.

As part of its next phase of growth, the company is investing in its digital infrastructure. While each brand currently operates its own dedicated website, the long-term vision is to evolve these into a more connected D2C ecosystem, where brand storytelling, product discovery and direct purchasing are integrated into a seamless consumer experience.

The Role:

As Ecommerce/Website Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management and ongoing evolution of a growing suite of brand and distillery websites.

You will play a key role in supporting the development of the company’s direct-to-consumer platform, helping transition a collection of standalone brand websites into a more connected, commerce enabled ecosystem where the business can engage directly with consumers and manage the customer relationship.

Working closely with marketing, creative teams, developers and external partners, you will ensure campaigns translate effectively into engaging digital experiences while maintaining a luxury-standard online presence across all brand websites.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys hands-on digital ownership, coordinating multiple moving parts while bringing structure, clarity and momentum to website development and optimisation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management and performance of multiple brand websites across the portfolio.
  • Support the development of a connected DTC ecosystem, helping integrate brand storytelling and e-commerce functionality across the digital platform.
  • Manage CMS platforms such as Webflow, working alongside Shopify or other e-commerce platforms where relevant.
  • Translate marketing campaigns into engaging digital experiences and landing pages.
  • Ensure websites reflect the premium positioning, storytelling and visual identity of the brands.
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics / GA4, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Drive continuous improvement across UX, user journeys, SEO and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers and agencies to deliver website improvements and projects effectively.
  • Manage priorities across multiple websites and timelines while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing brand or e-commerce websites (ideally within the drink sector).
  • Hands-on CMS experience (ideally Webflow, with exposure to Shopify or other e-commerce platforms).
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, website optimisation and digital performance.
  • Experience using Google Analytics / GA4 to analyse and improve website performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO and UX best practices.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive projects forward.
