Senior Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects across organisational capability, technology, AI and new ways of working. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into practical, measurable programmes that improve employee capability, productivity and business effectiveness.

The Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initial concept through to implementation and embedding.
  • Manage existing strategic initiatives while identifying and launching new projects aligned to business priorities.
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, governance structures, timelines, budgets and measures of success.
  • Lead projects focused on organisational capability, digital transformation, innovation and new ways of working.
  • Support the development and delivery of the organisation’s AI programme across EMEA.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change and adoption to ensure new tools, behaviours and ways of working are successfully embedded.
  • Manage external agencies, consultants and subject matter experts where required.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear recommendations, action plans and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project governance, risks, dependencies and stakeholder accountability to ensure successful delivery.

About You:

  • Experienced Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager or Strategic Projects professional with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects.
  • Experience across technology, digital transformation, business transformation, organisational capability or strategic projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect business priorities with practical project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work with senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting change and embedding new processes, tools or ways of working.
  • Comfortable developing business cases, presenting recommendations and securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Digitally confident, with an understanding of Microsoft 365 and enterprise technology.
  • An interest in AI and its application within a business environment; hands-on AI experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Data-driven and comfortable using insight to inform decisions and measure project success.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex information and create clear, engaging presentations.
  • Collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in people and organisational effectiveness.
