Your mission.

You own the U.K. From first contact to signed contract.

That means pipeline-building, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and market representation, with a direct line to our CEO and full autonomy to shape the market as you see fit.

What you'll be doing

• Own and execute AeroGuest's UK sales strategy

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise hotel groups

• Identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities with senior decision-makers

• Drive complex sales cycles from prospecting to close

• Deliver tailored product demos and value-driven presentations to C-level stakeholders

• Build strategic partnerships across the UK hospitality ecosystem

• Represent AeroGuest at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the UK

• Feed market intelligence and customer insight back into product and commercial strategy

Who you are

We're not hiring against a CV checklist. We're hiring the person who recognises themselves in this:

• 5+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record closing complex deals, ideally in SaaS, hospitality tech, or travel tech

• Experienced selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations

• Sharp commercial instincts and strong negotiation skills

• Comfortable running long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Excellent communicator and presenter in English

• Self-directed and strategic, with the hands-on drive that actually gets deals done

• An existing network in UK hospitality is a clear advantage

• Genuine passion for hospitality, travel, and digital transformation
