Clinical Partnerships Lead
Affiniti AI is a UK health technology company building clinical-grade AI tools that improve
how therapy is delivered. Our core belief is that therapy contains two kinds of elements:
deeply human ones like alliance, attunement, and holding someone in mind, which should
never be automated, and replicable ones like psychoeducation, skills practice, and between-
session support, which can be. Automating the latter makes the former more powerful.
Our product is a blended care tool used by therapists and the services they work in. The Co-
Therapist delivers evidence-based exercises directly to patients. The Affiniti Platform gives
clinicians oversight and control. It’s a UKCA-marked Class 1 medical device, backed by
Meridian Health Ventures, with live client partnerships across NHS talking therapy services,
private psychological services, and EAP providers.
The role
You’ll lead how Affiniti is adopted in practice across clinical services. You’ll design
implementation strategies grounded in clinical reality, build trust with service leads and
therapists, and deliver training that helps teams use the product well. Staying close to real-
world use, you’ll spot what’s working and what needs to change, and carry that insight back
into the product team — where you’ll have direct access to the people building what you
recommend and founders who prioritise clinical rigour in product decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and executing adoption strategies that address barriers to uptake across clinical teams
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients’ clinical teams, service leads, and frontline therapists
- Designing and delivering onboarding, training, and ongoing support for therapists
- Monitoring usage and outcome data, spotting patterns, and acting on them
- Translating clinical insight from practice into product requirements and decisions
- Shaping the therapeutic logic and clinical guardrails for new product capabilities
- Leading clinical review and adversarial testing within our V&V framework
Who you are
You trained as a therapist. You practiced. You were good at it. And at some point you made
a deliberate choice to move beyond the therapy room, because you wanted to shape how
therapy is delivered at a larger scale. You’re still a peer to the therapists and service leads
you’ll be working with — they trust you because you’ve done the work and you speak their
language. You genuinely believe technology can improve therapy without replacing the
therapist.
