Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Technology Recruitment Manager with a proven track record of:
- Billing personally in contract
- Winning new business consistently
- Building, leading, and scaling successful contract teams
You will be responsible for launching and growing the Technology Contract Division, covering areas such as:
Software | Cloud | DevOps | Data | Cyber | Infrastructure | Digital Transformation
This is a true player-manager role with full P&L influence and long-term equity potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of contract tech recruiters
- Drive consistent new business acquisition across technology markets
- Lead by example with personal billings
- Design and execute the strategy for the Tech Contract division
- Recruit, train, and develop consultants into high billers
- Oversee contractor compliance, IR35, payroll, and audit processes
- Build PSL/MSP relationships and enterprise accounts
- Forecast revenue, manage KPIs, and drive performance
- Play a key role in shaping overall company culture and growth
Essential Experience
5+ years in contract technology recruitment
Proven history of building and leading contract recruitment teams
Strong personal billing track record
Demonstrable success in new client acquisition
Deep understanding of IR35, umbrella, PAYE, and compliance
Experience with scaling teams and managing performance
