  • Operational Setup: Build and lead a high-performing local team (Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and Sales).
  • Board Engagement: Provide regular, transparent, and actionable reporting to the Group Board of Directors regarding UK performance, regulatory health, and competitive intelligence.

4. Technology & Product Integration

  • Platform Localisation: Collaborate with the Group Product and Tech teams to ensure the AfrikMoney app meets the UX/UI expectations of the UK market.
  • Customer Journey: Ensure that the UK user journey—from sign-up to payout in the destination country—is optimized for speed, security, and customer satisfaction.
