AGER Rack Cabinet is expanding its presence in the UK market and is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business development within the data centre infrastructure and IT sector, with a focus on rack cabinet and enclosure solutions.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands technical B2B sales environments and is confident managing international clients, particularly within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities across the assigned territory within the data center and telecom sectors.
- Build strategic relationships with key accounts, distributors, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities through proactive field engagement.
- Lead customer meetings, technical-commercial discussions, and project follow-ups.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercially competitive and technically aligned solutions.
- Support market expansion initiatives through continuous market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets and pipeline growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or business development within B2B industrial or technology-driven sectors.
- Experience in data centre infrastructure, rack cabinets, telecom, or related technical products is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Confident in managing technical-commercial discussions with customers and project stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and on-site business development activities.
