Solution Architect

About the role:

They will be responsible for providing functional and technical leadership to our technology practice. They will be experienced in project delivery and have great knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, particularly SCM, and supporting technologies. With excellent consulting skills and natural problem-solving ability, this team member will be a great ambassador for AgileCadence, focused on delivering outstanding service to our customers every single day.

You will be:

• Responsible for the overall design, architecture, and application delivery for AgileCadence’s Microsoft

Dynamics delivery projects.

• A great ambassador and leader for AgileCadence, focused on delivering excellent service to our clients.

• A champion for functional and technical solutions on the Microsoft platform with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and associated technologies development practices with a specialism in SCM.

• Up to date knowledge of Microsoft technologies; Dynamics, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure in particular.

• Participating in business development activities as requested, identifying opportunities, and supporting in presales activities such as presentations and demonstrations.

• Use a design-led approach to identifying customer needs and support to deliver goals and address their

challenges.

• Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements are

aligned to business goals, gaining a full understanding of current business processes.

• Championing a culture that promotes the health and wellbeing of our team.

About you:

• You are ideally educated to degree level and/or have the equivalent experience, with appropriate certification. Certification in MS Dynamics (MB-700) is desirable but not essential.

• You have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (and legacy versions including AX2012).

• You have an exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365 technical and functional capabilities.

• You have extensive experience in the configuration, customisation, and implementation of Dynamics 365

solutions.

• You have a proven track record in taking the lead on Dynamics 365 projects, preferably in a fast growth

business. Prior experience in a consultancy setting is desirable but not essential.

• You have a good understanding of Azure and cloud technologies.

• You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable with data and can clearly communicate your ideas and results.

• You have superb spoken and written communication skills, and a passion for working with people.

• You have excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

• You have a confident, professional approach, with the ability to lead and focus on delivering great solutions.

• You are customer focused – you work hard to understand our customer’s needs, always striving to deliver the

best service and exceed expectations.

• You are resilient, practical and a real self-starter; you are comfortable working on your own and as part of a team.

• You are highly organised with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise workload, with multiple conflicting demands..
