Technical Business Analyst (SharePoint / M365) - Contract/InsideIR35

AgileSource are looking for a Technical Business Analyst on a 6 - 12 Month Contract Assignment which falls INSIDE IR35. £375 P.D. 1 Day Per Week in London

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a large-scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data migration and rationalisation programme

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current SharePoint structures, data, governance, and processes
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvements for Day 1 readiness
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories
• Support data migration and rationalisation planning (incl. rules and structure)
• Define and oversee test cases and support UAT activities
• Engage stakeholders and run workshops to gather and validate requirements
• Contribute to technical assessments, cost estimates, and delivery planning

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong Technical Business Analysis experience in complex IT programmes
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Experience with data migration or platform rationalisation
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT
• Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale transformation programmes
