SIAM Portfolio Analyst - Nottingham (Hybrid) - Inside IR35 - Up to £430/day

6 MONTH CONTRACT

AgileSource are supporting a client in identifying a SIAM Portfolio Analyst to help manage and maintain a clear, accurate view of delivery across a complex IT services landscape.

This is a key governance-focused role, ensuring the portfolio of active work is well-defined, up-to-date, and trusted by stakeholders across the organisation.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and quality control of the delivery portfolio, ensuring all projects are accurately captured, tracked, and governed through the appropriate processes.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Lifecycle Management

• Review portfolio items (projects) for completeness, quality, and alignment to defined standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio records in ServiceNow, acting as the single source of truth
• Track progress, approvals, and dependencies across the portfolio
• Proactively follow up on actions, risks, and missing information

Governance & Administration

• Support the IT Change Office Lead in running Portfolio Review meetings
• Prepare agendas, capture actions, and ensure effective follow-up
• Ensure consistent and auditable governance across the portfolio

Process Improvement

• Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and data quality concerns within the portfolio process
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio management practices

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of ITIL v4, particularly portfolio and change management practices
• Experience working within SIAM or complex multi-supplier environments
• Strong administrative discipline with a focus on accuracy and data quality
• Confident engaging stakeholders to chase actions and enforce governance standards
• Experience using ServiceNow for portfolio or change tracking

Additional Information

• Location: Nottingham (2-3 days onsite, hybrid working)
• Contract: Inside IR35
• Rate: Up to £430 per day (DOE)
