Senior Developer - Dynamics 365

Are you a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer ready to make an impact in a values-led, delivery-focused environment? We're looking for a Senior Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 - particularly within the CRM module - to join a high-performing team delivering mission-critical solutions.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. From engaging directly with business users to shaping technical delivery, you'll bring clarity, quality, and innovation to every stage of the development life cycle.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Pages
Customise CRM using JavaScript and extend functionality with C# .NET
Collaborate with testers and stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment
Analyse requirements and recommend the most effective technical approach
Stay current with the latest D365 product offerings and best practices
Build workflows and automations using Power Automate
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines
Apply ITIL-aligned thinking to support service excellence

What we're looking for:
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (module-specific expertise essential)
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Automate, JavaScript, and C#
Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices
SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC (Security Clearance)

Onsite 1-2 days a week n Surrey/Sussex area. Expectation is you will help and support junior members of the team.
