We're recruiting a Talent Intelligence & Workforce Insights Analyst to join a newly formed team focused on recruitment data, workforce insights and people analytics. This role suits someone who can turn complex data into clear stories that drive meaningful change.

Location: London preferred. Bristol or Manchester also considered. Occasional travel to London required. Clearance: BPSS to start, SC-eligible.

Role Overview

You'll work across high-volume recruitment and workforce data, bringing together information from multiple systems to identify patterns, trends and actionable insights. This is not a pure MI/reporting role - the team needs someone who can interpret data, challenge traditional approaches, and create practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment activity (time-to-hire, failed campaigns, location trends) and turn findings into meaningful actions.

• Communicate insights confidently to stakeholders from junior level to Director.

• Build clear, user-friendly dashboards that tell the story before decisions are made.

• Introduce new ways of presenting and using data, including creative and tech-driven approaches.

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to explain what sits behind the data.

• Confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts and challenge existing processes.

• Creative thinker who can design dashboards and tools that improve how recruitment data is used.

• Proven examples of using data to deliver real change (please show in CV).

Desirable Experience

• Talent acquisition, workforce planning, people analytics or labour market intelligence.

• LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights or similar platforms.

• Analysing recruitment funnels and diversity outcomes.

• Knowledge of SQL data modelling.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or AI tools that enhance recruitment workflows.
