Technical Professional Services Consultant

The Role:

We are recruiting for a skilled and client-focused Technical Professional Services Consultant to join our growing PS team. You will play a key role in delivering CARAGON platform implementations and ongoing technical projects for our dental group clients, working closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong technical ability with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementations & Project Delivery

  • Deliver end-to-end client implementations on the CARAGON platform, from requirement gathering through to go-live
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Contribute to the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and project documentation
  • Configure the platform in line with client requirements and agreed specifications
  • Carry out QA and testing activities prior to go-live
  • Attend on-site client visits where required
  • Provide hypercare support in the period following go-live, ensuring a smooth transition

Existing Client Projects

  • Deliver ongoing technical PS projects across the existing client base, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard of quality
  • Client Engagement
  • Engage professionally and confidently with client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert during meetings and workshops
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, supporting a positive and trusted experience throughout engagements

Platform & Product

  • Apply deep knowledge of Practice Management Systems (PMS) to guide client configurations and integrations
  • Support data ingestion activities, ensuring accurate onboarding of client data into CARAGON
  • Create and maintain high-quality implementation documentation, templates, and best-practice guidance to support scalable delivery and knowledge sharing across the PS team.
  • Feed client insights and implementation learnings back to the product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement

Measures of Success

  • On-time and in-scope delivery of implementations and client projects.
  • Client satisfaction and hyper-care outcomes post go-live.
  • Quality and accuracy of SOW documentation and requirement capture. Strength and consistency of client stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribution to product improvement through actionable client and support insights.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Consulting, Implementation, or Professional Services role, ideally within SaaS or healthcare/dental technology
  • Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with platform configuration, QA, and testing
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging directly with clients in meetings and workshops
  • Structured approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively

Desirable

  • Experience with Practice Management Systems used in the dental sector (e.g. R4, Exact, Dentally, Carestream)
  • Familiarity with dental group operations, NHS/private dentistry workflows, and pay structures
  • Experience with data ingestion and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of CARAGON or similar workforce management / analytics platforms
