3rd Line IT Engineer
Agilis Search is proud to be partnering with a growing business in Ipswich who are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join their established tech-team on a permanent basis.
As 3rd Line IT Support Engineer in this forward thinking organisation, you will be passionate about technology development and have a hunger to solve problems while delivering an elite customer experience to an expanding user base.
You will have an inquisitive mind and a pragmatic attitude towards work.
What you will do
- Handle complex IT issues that cannot be fixed by 1st or 2nd Line support
- Support and manage Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
- Troubleshoot networking issues (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Work closely with customers to resolve technical problems
- Help improve systems, processes, and security
- Assist with IT projects such as upgrades and migrations
- Document solutions and share knowledge with the team
What they are looking for
- Experience working as a 3rd Line or Senior IT Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Good understanding of networking and security
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
