As a Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of customers as their dedicated point of contact
• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Analyse and manipulate large volumes of data using Excel
• Help customers comply with environmental legislation
• Explain complex data and processes in a clear, straightforward way
• Plan workloads carefully and meet multiple deadlines accurately

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills
• A solution-focused and collaborative approach
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• A degree or equivalent qualification and a full UK driving licence
