A growing Lancaster-based business is looking for a bright, curious and digitally minded graduate to help bring AI into the heart of its everyday operations.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll work alongside different teams across the business, looking at how things are currently done and asking one simple question:

“Could AI do this better?”

The Role Will Include

• Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation into everyday processes.
• Research, test and evaluate new AI tools.
• Create effective prompts, templates and AI-powered workflows.
• Use AI to improve administration, research, marketing and reporting.
• Find ways to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
• Work with colleagues to understand their challenges and identify practical solutions.
• Introduce new AI processes and help colleagues use them confidently.
• Measure the impact of your ideas and look for ways to improve them.
• Keep up to date with the rapidly changing world of AI and emerging technology.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a recent graduate who is naturally curious, commercially minded and excited about technology.

Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and ability to see how technology can solve real-world problems.

Ideally, you will have

• A degree in any relevant discipline.
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology.
• Experience experimenting with ChatGPT, Copilot or similar AI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Excel and general IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The confidence to work with people who aren't necessarily technical.
• A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to try new things.
