Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers and data scientists on projects that use AI and machine learning to solve real-world business challenges.

As a Graduate AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will support the development of AI and machine learning solutions used in modern technology environments.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the development of AI and machine learning models
• Assisting with training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs)
• Preparing and analysing datasets for model training and evaluation
• Supporting the development of AI tools, automation and data pipelines
• Assisting with deploying machine learning models into production systems
• Working with APIs and integrations for AI applications
• Monitoring model performance and supporting optimisation improvements
• Collaborating with engineers, developers and data scientists on technical projects
• Researching emerging technologies in AI, machine learning and data science

We are looking for motivated graduates with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or Software Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related discipline
• Programming skills in Python or similar programming languages
• An understanding of machine learning concepts, data analysis or AI technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• A curiosity for new technologies and willingness to learn

Previous commercial experience is not essential as training and mentoring will be provided.
