Associate Partner
Role overview
The SAP ERP Associate Partner will:
- Own and grow a portfolio of SAP clients, identifying and closing opportunities across S/4HANA implementations, conversions, rollouts and AMS.
- Lead end‐to‐end SAP transformation engagements, from strategy and roadmap through to delivery assurance, adoption and value realisation.
Key responsibilities
- Shape SAP solution proposals (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP BTP, industry solutions), working with sales, solution architects and delivery leads to define scope, approach and commercials.
- Act as executive sponsor or programme lead on major SAP programmes, ensuring on‐time, on‐budget delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Build and mentor SAP consulting teams, contributing to recruitment, capability development and performance management.
- Develop SAP‐focused thought leadership and market messaging to strengthen the consultancy's SAP brand and differentiate offerings.
Skills and experience
- Extensive SAP consulting experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA) with a track record of leading large, multi‐stream SAP programmes.
- Strong business development skills, including pipeline management, SAP proposal leadership and C‐suite relationship building.
- Deep understanding of target industries, SAP best practices and how SAP enables digital and operational transformation.
