AI Automation Engineer

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an AI Automation Engineer. The AI Automation Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier. Daily tasks will include connecting APIs and third-party platforms, setting up webhooks and data flows, integrating AI/LLM tools into workflows, and troubleshooting automations when issues arise. The role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and delivering reliable automation solutions.

Qualifications

- Experience building automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms

- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling

- Ability to integrate third-party tools and platforms (CRMs, email tools, databases)

- Familiarity with AI tools and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex workflows

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting

- Good communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members

- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience in automation
