Chief Operating Officer

A venture-backed consumer technology business is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to support the founders as the company continues to scale.

The business operates a technology-enabled model and has established strong early traction, with growing revenues and a maturing operating model. The company is entering a phase where greater operational structure, financial discipline and organisational planning are required to support the next stage of growth.

The Role

Reporting to the founders, the COO will play a central role in building and scaling the internal operations of the business. Responsibilities will span:

• Financial oversight and commercial planning
• Day-to-day operational management
• Organisational design, people and performance
• Translating strategic priorities into executable plans

This is a hands-on role suited to an operator who is comfortable working closely with founders and building systems, processes and teams as the organisation grows.
