Commercial Analyst – High-Growth Consumer Tech | London (Hybrid)

💰 Up to £65,000 + bonus

A rapidly scaling, internationally recognised consumer technology business is looking for a commercially driven analyst to partner with senior leadership and shape revenue strategy.

This is a pivotal position reporting directly into the Chief Revenue Officer, sitting at the heart of Finance, Marketing and Customer functions.

You’ll transform complex performance data into clear, strategic recommendations that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing

You’ll take ownership of performance analysis across acquisition and retention, delivering insight that directly influences trading decisions and long-term strategy. This is a high-visibility role with real executive exposure and the opportunity to step in for senior leadership when required.

Key areas of focus include:

• Monitoring and interpreting core commercial metrics such as conversion, customer acquisition efficiency, average order value and contribution margin
• Producing clear, actionable performance reporting across markets
• Building country-level forecasts and revenue models to optimise growth levers
• Identifying opportunities to improve margin, efficiency and scale
• Developing automated dashboards to give teams real-time performance visibility
• Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and constructively challenging assumptions

What we are looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial analytics, revenue operations or business intelligence within a fast-paced D2C or e-commerce environment
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, ideally supported by academic or professional training in Finance, Economics, Data or Business
• Advanced Excel modelling skills and experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker)
• Confident communicator who can translate data into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
• Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment where pace and adaptability are key
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong commercial judgement
