System Analyst
A growing multi-site retail business is looking for a Systems Analyst to support the ongoing performance, security, and usability of its IT systems and infrastructure. This role will focus on Microsoft 365 environments, end-user support, and contributing to the organisation’s broader cyber security posture.
Working across head office, retail locations, and remote teams, this person will be key in maintaining operational continuity, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

- First-line support for all internal users across head office, stores, and remote teams.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues across key systems including ERP, POS, and integrated third-party tools.
- Oversee the provisioning, maintenance, and secure storage of company IT assets and A/V equipment.
Cyber Security & Compliance
- Help enforce and evolve best-practice security protocols (MFA, anti-virus, mail filtering, etc.).
- Participate in vulnerability management, incident response, and system audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation for assets, systems, and compliance records.
- Support initiatives aligned with PCI and GDPR requirements.
Project Delivery & System Upgrades
- Assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and new tech rollouts.
- Work with vendors and third-party IT support to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Support user testing, training, and post-launch support for system changes.
Process, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all IT processes, systems, and security practices are well documented.
- Contribute to ongoing process optimisation across IT support and incident response.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in an IT support or systems analyst role — ideally in a retail, luxury, or product-focused business.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and related services (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra, Teams, etc.).
- Strong awareness of cyber security principles and endpoint protection.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and mobile device management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus).
- Comfortable configuring, supporting, and documenting IT and AV hardware.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Microsoft or security certifications are a plus (e.g. MS-100, SC-900, AZ-900).
